Biarkan sehingga berbuih.<\/p>\n<p>Satukan bahan bahan kering iaitu tepung, gula dan susu tepung.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan bahan bahan cecair iaitu air bersama susu pekat manis dan telur. Kemudian masukkan yis dan digaul rata.<\/p>\n<p>Akhir sekali, masukkan marjerin dan shortening. Uli sebati sehingga lembut dan elastik. Saya guna kitchen mixer untuk menguli. Biarkan seketika sehingga kembang sekali ganda. Bila telah kembang, tumbuk untuk buang udara di dalamnya.<br \/>\nLap tangan dengan sedikit minyak dan bulat bulatkan doh dan timbang supaya sama besarnya. Masukkan ke dalam loyang yang telah dilenser dengan majerin.
