Biarkan BM uli selama 30 minit.<br \/>\nKeluarkan. Bentukkan bulat2 sebesar buah langsat atau timbang 18gm. Kalau bekas kecil, saiz bola blh buat 15gm&#8230;guna penimbang digital.<br \/>\nSusun dlm bekas yg telah disapu majerin.<br \/>\nBiarkan dalam 1jam 30minit untuk doh mengembang 1x ganda.<br \/>\nSapu permukaan roti dgn kuning telur.<br \/>\nTabur dengan kekacang (biji labu, badam slice, bijan hitam)<br \/>\nBakar dgn suhu 160-170 selama 20-30minit api atas bawah. Doh akan naik lagi 1x ganda. Lebihkan lagi 5-10 minit jika permukaan roti belum perang kekuningan.<br \/>\nBila dah masak, keluarkan dari oven, terus sapu dgn butter supaya ia nampak kilat.<br \/>\nBila roti dah suam2, curah sos.<\/p>\n<p>Sos Butterscoth<br \/>\nPanaskan 1\/2 cawan gula perang dengan 2 sudu besar butter..kacau dengan whisk hingga cair dan berbuih&#8230;masukkan 2 cawan whipping cream sedikit demi sedikit..kacau sebati..reneh supaya sedikit pekat&#8230;.masukkan 1 penutup essen vanilla. Kacau rata.
