Gaul rata tepung roti,yis,gula,telur dan garam.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan air suam dan uli hingga menjadi doh.Rehatkan doh,tutup dgn kain lembap sehingga adunan naik 2 x ganda.Lebih kurang 40minit.<br \/>\n3. Tumbukkan adunan untuk membuang angin di dlm doh.<br \/>\n4. Bulatkan adunan dan leperkan mengikut besar yang dikehendaki.<br \/>\n5. Rehatkan adunan sekali lagi.Lebih kurang 15minit.Biarkan adunan naik sedikit dan bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan 180 C selama 10 minit.<br \/>\n6. Keluarkan dan taburkan inti yang telah disediakan tadi.<br \/>\n7. Bakar sehingga masak lebih kurang 15minit lagi.<br \/>\nBahan inti:<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n250 g daging hancur\/daging burger<br \/>\n1 bawang besar<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih<br \/>\n1 biji capsicum kecil<br \/>\n3 keping nanas<br \/>\n1 cawan cendawan butang<br \/>\n2 biji tomato<br \/>\n100 gm parutan keju mozzarella<br \/>\n1 sb minyak<br \/>\n3 sb cili sos<br \/>\n1 cawan tomato sos<br \/>\ngaram secukupnya<br \/>\nCara:<br \/>\n1. Potong dadu semua bahan.<br \/>\n2. Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga layu.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan ayam dan tambahkan garam, tomato sos dan cili sos.<br \/>\n4. Kacau hingga daging empuk. Biarkan sehingga pekat.<br \/>\n5. Ratakan inti atas doh yang sudah di sapukan tomato sos.<br \/>\n6. Aturkan tomato, capsicum, cendawan, nanas dan sedikit keju di atas ayam.<br \/>\n7. Bakar hingga masak dalam suhu 180&#8217;C<br \/>\n8. Keluarkan dan taburkan lebihan keju dan bakar sekejap hingga keju cair.<br \/>\n9.
