Biarkan ia goreng sebentar di dalam minyak hingga, bangkit aroma nya kemudian letakan serbuk kari dan gaulkan biar sebati.<\/p>\n<p>Tuangkan krim santan dan air secawan. Masukan ketam2 dan gaulkan bersama rempah kuah kari. Taburkan daun kari dan sedikit garam secukup rasa.<\/p>\n<p>Tutupkan tudong periok, kecilkan api, biarkan ia masak dalam 8mins. Kuah nya biarkan pekat sedikit.
