Masukkan bunga telang dan kacau kacau bagi rata warnanya, jika mahukan nasi kerabu berwarna biru. Saya hanya memasukkan pewarna biru dan daun limau purut. Jika suka boleh juga masukkan 1 batang serai ketuk.<\/p>\n<p>Kuah Tumis<br \/>\nSantan<br \/>\n7 ulas bawang merah<br \/>\n1\/2 labu bawang putih<br \/>\n3 bawang besar<br \/>\n15 cili kering<br \/>\n1 cm halia<br \/>\n1 serai &#8211; ketuk<br \/>\n1 asam keping<br \/>\n2 sb gula<br \/>\nSedikit gula melaka<br \/>\n2 sb budu<br \/>\nGaram (kena rasa masin dulu)<\/p>\n<p>Blend semua bahan di atas kecuali serai diketuk. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan tumbuk dan serai sehingga wangi. Masukkan sedikit air dan masak sehingga mendidih.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan santan dan sentiasa dikacau supaya santan tidak berketul. Masukkan asam keping, budu dan gula. Jika menggunakan budu, dirasakan dulu sebelum dimasukkan garam. Masak sehingga pecah minyak.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Kuah tumis biar ada rasa masin masin sikit. Kuah tumis sedap disediakan lebih awal dan mesti agak pekat. Kalau makan pagi, disediakan disebelah malamnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sambal Kelapa<br \/>\n1 Ikan kembung &#8211; rebus &amp; ambik isi<br \/>\n1\/2 biji kelapa parut &#8211; goreng<br \/>\n4 bawang merah<br \/>\n2 batang serai<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\nGula<\/p>\n<p>Goreng kelapa dan kacau sentiasa supaya tidak hangit. Tumbuk semua bahan dan gaul dengan kelapa goreng.<\/p>\n<p>Tumbuk lagi sekali. Kali ini saya cuma menggaul rata, tak ditumbuk lagi selepas digaul. Masukkan garam dan gula.<\/p>\n<p>Ulam ulaman<br \/>\nKacang panjang<br \/>\nKubis<br \/>\nTimun<br \/>\nDaun kesum<br \/>\nBunga kantan<br \/>\nBawang besar<br \/>\nKacang botol<br \/>\nTaugeh<\/p>\n<p>Hiris halus kesemua ulam ulaman.<\/p>\n<p>Sambal Cili<br \/>\nCili padi<br \/>\nCuka<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\nGula<\/p>\n<p>Sambal cili adalah wajib jika tak dibuat kuah tumis.<\/p>\n<p>Lauk pauk<br \/>\nTelur masin<br \/>\nIkan rebus goreng celup tepung<br \/>\nDaging bakar<br \/>\nDaging goreng atau ayam goreng<br \/>\nKeropok atau keropok lekor<br \/>\nSolok lada<br \/>\nBawang putih jeruk<br \/>\nAtau apa apa jer yang disukai<\/p>\n<p>Cara Menghidang<br \/>\nLetakkan nasi di dalam pinggan. Masukkan ulam ulaman diikuti dengan sambal kelapa.<\/p>\n<p>Kemudian sendukkan sedikit kuah tumis, budu dan sambal.<\/p>\n<p>Akhir sekali, letakkan keropok dan lauk pauk seperti telur masin, daging bakar, ikan celup tepung, daging goreng dll.<\/p>\n<p>Jika suka letakkan pulak sayuran seperti solok lada, bawang putih jeruk dll.,Sedia utk dijamu <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nasi Masak beras seperti biasa.
