(aku campur putih telur sket..syg nk buang smua..)<br \/>\ngaram<br \/>\nminyak<\/p>\n<p>Cara buat:<\/p>\n<p>Gaul ketam dgn tepung jagung. Panaskan minyak dan goreng ketam hingga kekuningan. Angkat dan ltk tepi.<\/p>\n<p>Minyak bks menggoreng ketam, tinggal kan dalam 3 &#8211; 4sdb. Tumis bwg putih hingga garing.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan cili api dan daun kari. Tumis hingga naik bau.<\/p>\n<p>Masukkan susu cair dan telur masin. Masukkan garam sket. Gaul rata lps tu masukkan ketam.<\/p>\n<p>Masak kejap je sekadar bhn2 digaul rata dgn ketam.<\/p>\n<p>Angkat dan hidangkan. Ms hidang tu, aku curah sket lg susu cair ats ketam tu.
