Udang digaul dengan garam dan gula. Kemudian digoreng sebentar. Angkat dan toskan.<br \/>\n2. Tumis daun kari. Masukkan bahan2 yang dikisar bersama serbuk kari. Masukkan sedikit air untuk menggelakkan kari dari hangus.<br \/>\n3. Apabila telah gareng, masukkan pula asam keping, garam dan gula.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan udang tadi, berserta tomato dan lada merah yang telah dihiris tadi.<br \/>\n5. Gaul rata dan boleh diangkat.<br \/>\n6.
