Masukan daging, es batu, bawang putih, bawang merah, merica bubuk, kaldu bubuk (jika suka) Dan garam halus kedalam food processor \/ bs jg menggunakan blender biasa. giling sampai halus.<br \/>\n2.) Masukan tepung tapioca, proses kembali hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\n3.) Masukan adonan bakso pada tangan kiri, kepalkan tangan sampai adonan bakso keluar diantara jari jempol serta telunjuk. kemudian ambil dgn sendok.<br \/>\n4. Masukan bulatan bakso pada air panas, lakukan hingga adonan habis. Masak dgn api kecil sampai bakso mengapung semua. Angkat dn tiriskan.<br \/>\nMembuat Kuah Bakso:<br \/>\n5.) Didihkan air, lalu masukan semua bahan membuat kuah bakso. ( jika ingin lebih sedap, sebelum bumbu dimasukan, masukan dahulu tulang kaki sapi agar kuah bakso bener2 berasa nikmatnya.<\/p>\n<p>Penyajian:<br \/>\n6.)
