Lada sulah.<br \/>\n\u25cf Sedikit. soda bikarbonat.<br \/>\n\u25cf Tepung sagu 500 gm.<br \/>\n\u25cf 100 gm tepung ubi.<br \/>\n\u25cf Tepung gandum 200 gm.<br \/>\n\u25cf Gula Halus 40 g.<br \/>\n\u25cf Halia 20 gm. .<br \/>\n\u25cf Air batu 150 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Cara membuat bebola daging :<br \/>\n1. Kisar dan gaul semua kecuali lemak sayuran.<br \/>\n2. Perapkan adunan kira-kira 15 minit.<br \/>\n3. Masuk dan gaulkan adunan dengan lemak sayuran.<br \/>\n4. Bentukkan adunan menjadi bulat.<br \/>\n5. Rebus dengan kadar 68 \u00ba C (dengan api kecil) hingga bebola timbul.<br \/>\n6. Angkat, toskan dan biarkan sejuk dan boleh lah dimasukan kedalam sup Bakso.<\/p>\n<p>Cara-caranya :<br \/>\n1. Utk kuahnya, Tumbuk bahan bertanda *. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang meras hingga kekuningan. Masukkan bahan yg telah ditumbuk tadi, tumis hingga garing n naik bau. Masukkan sekali serai.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan air, masukkan juga pati daging, serbuk lada sulah, garam n perasa.<br \/>\n3. Rendam bee hoon dan celur, kemudian tapis. Hidang bee hoon dgn taugeh n kobis. Tuang kuah dgn bebola daging.
