Gaul sebati. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga sesuai kepekatannya.<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak yang banyak di dalam kuali. Celup cendawan tiram ke dalam adunan tepung dan masukkan ke dalam kuali.
