Lap udang tadi dengan kitchen paper towel, kemudian gaul bersama serbuk lada hitam dan bawang putih tumbuk, rata2. Perap 5 minit.<br \/>\nAmbil seekor udang tadi, celop dalam putih telur, kemudian golek2kan dalam serbuk roti. Celop sekali lagi dalam putih telur dan golekkan sekali lagi dalam serbuk roti. Letak dalam pinggan bersih. Buat kaedah sama untuk setiap ekor udang hingga habis.<br \/>\nPanaskan minyak untuk goreng terendam, goreng udang bersalut tadi hingga kuning keemasan, guna api sederhana. Angkat dan toskan. Letak atas kitchen paper towel, biar minyak terserap.
