Perap ayam 1 jam dengan bahan-bahan<br \/>\nperap tadi.<br \/>\n2. Selepas itu pukul telur ,golek ayam dalam telur, supaya senang tepung nak lekat pada ayam.<br \/>\n3. Selepas itu letak tepung dan bahan-bahan lain dalam<br \/>\nbekas yang ada penutup goncang-goncang bagi sebati, letak ayam yang dah dsalut<br \/>\ntelur tadi dalam bekas tu,tutup bekas, kemudian goncang bagi tepung salut<br \/>\nrata . .tidak mengotorkan tangankan?<br \/>\n4. Langkah terakhir goreng ayam dalam periuk, biar ayam tenggelam dalam minyak yang panas.
