Siang sotong dan hiris kasar (toskan betul-betul), gaul dengan sedikit garam<\/p>\n<p>2. Campurkan semua jenis tepung, garam, serbuk lada putih dan serbuk lada hitam.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ambil secukupnya campuran tepung campurkan dengan telur yang dipukul.<\/p>\n<p>4. Panaskan minyak.<\/p>\n<p>5. Gaulkan sotong dengan campuran tepung dan telur.<\/p>\n<p>6. Ambil sekeping-sekeping hirisan sotong dan salutkan dengan lebihan tepung yang tidak dicampur telur.<\/p>\n<p>7. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah panas dengan api yang sederhana.<\/p>\n<p>Tips :<\/p>\n<p>1. Jangan masukkan sotong dalam jumlah yang banyak dan bertindih-tindih.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pastikan sotong tenggelam dalam minyak. Pastikan minyak telah panas, kemudian sederhanakan api dapur.<\/p>\n<p>3. Balikkan sotong apabila bahagian atasnya telah garing.<\/p>\n<p>4. Angkat sotong yang telah masak\/garing dan toskan di atas penapis (jangan toskan di atas tisu dapur)<\/p>\n<p>5.
