Angkat dan asingkan.<br \/>\nKurangkan sedikit minyak tadi kepada angggaran 1\/2 senduk minyak, tumis bawang putih dan masukkan lada hitam.<br \/>\nMasukkan kicap dan serbuk lada hitam, kacau sebentar dam masukkan daging. Masak menggunakan api besar dan kerapkan mengacau bahan dalam kuali.<br \/>\nKemuduan tambah bancuhan tepung jagung dan bawang besar. Apabila kuah menjadi pekat padam api dan hidangkan.
