Tumis bahan-bahan tadi sehingga keperangan. Tambah garam dan sedikit gula. Kacau rata-rata.<br \/>\nSimpan di dalam bekas yang bertutup dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk sekiranya ingin menyimpan lama.<\/p>\n<p>Laksa Sarawak<\/p>\n<p>bahan-bahan : 6-8 orang makan<br \/>\n200 g pes atau perencah laksa (DJ guna pes laksa HJ Manan)<br \/>\nisi ayam secukupnya (direbus dan dicarik halus)<br \/>\n1\/2 kilo udang basah<br \/>\n1 bungkus mihun (direndam dan dicelur)<br \/>\n4 biji telur (didadarkan dan dihiris halus)<br \/>\n2 batang serai (diketuk)<br \/>\n200-250 ml santan pekat<br \/>\ngaram dan gula secukup rasa<br \/>\ntaugeh (dicelur)<br \/>\nsedikit daun ketumbar (diracik)<br \/>\nlimau kasturi secukupnya (dibelah dua)<br \/>\nCara-cara :<br \/>\nSediakan 2 liter air dalam periuk. Jerangkan. Kemudian masukkan udang yang sudah dibersihkan bersama serai. Rebus hingga udang masak. Kemudian toskan udang. Air rebusan tadi jangan dibuang. Sebaliknya masukkan pes laksa dan kacau menggunakan api perlahan.<br \/>\nMasukkan santan dan perasakan dengan garam dan sedikit gula.<br \/>\nMasukkan mihun ke dalam mangkuk, letakkan bahan-bahan seperti taugeh, telur, daun ketumbar, isi ayam dan telur. Tuangkan kuahnya dan perahkan dengan limau kasturi. Hidangkan panas-panas. Untuk menyedapkan lagi rasanya, masukkan sedikit sambal udang kering.<br \/>\nResepi Sambal Udang Kering<\/p>\n<p>bahan-bahan :<br \/>\n6 biji bawang merah (dikisar)<br \/>\n2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)<br \/>\nsedikit belacan bakar (dikisar)<br \/>\nsegenggam udang kering (dikisar\/ditumbuk halus)<br \/>\n4-5 sudu makan cili kisar\/cili giling secukupnya<br \/>\nsedikit air asam jawa<br \/>\ngaram dan gula<\/p>\n<p>Car-cara :<br \/>\nTumiskan bahan-bahan kisar dan cili kisar tadi hingga pecah minyak. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula dan masukkan air asam jawa.
