Sejukkan sehingga agak agak air gula suam.<\/p>\n<p>2.Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung ubi yang telah disatukan ke dalamnya. Kacau sebati. Masa ini, boleh rasakan sedikit adunan dan jika belum cukup manis, boleh tambah sedikit gula pasir.<\/p>\n<p>3.Akhir sekali, masukkan air kapur dan kacau rata. Tapis adunan ke dalam jug bermuncung.<\/p>\n<p>4.Panaskan periuk pengukus dan masukkan loyang. Saya guna loyang bulat saiz 9 inci. Setelah loyang panas, tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan kukus sehingga masak selama 45 minit atau sehingga masak dengan menggunakan api yang besar.
