Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan kisar sehingga masak dan pecah\/terbit minyak.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan kerang, hirisan bawang besar dan air asam jawa. Gaul rata.<br \/>\n3. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula secukup rasa. Jika inginkan kuah, tambahkan air.<br \/>\n4.
