Daun Kunyit dihiris kasar<br \/>\nCampurkan bahan-bahan yang telah ditumbuk ke dalam periuk bersama isi durian, santan &amp; secawan air.<\/p>\n<p>Kacau hingga sebati kemudian panaskan diatas api sederhana. Kacau sampai mendidih, jangan tinggal. Masukkan garam, gula merah, gula pasir &amp; asam gelugur..<br \/>\nBila sudah mendidih &amp; naik angin bau masukkan pulak daun kunyit &amp; udang.
