Siput sedut di berus hingga bersih.<br \/>\n2. Rendam sebentar dalam air garam untuk membuang kotoran seperti pasir dan lumpur.<br \/>\n3. Potong bahagian ekornya, cuci bersih dan toskan.<br \/>\n4. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan yang di kisar hingga harum.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan santan, serai dan siput.<br \/>\n6. Kacau perlahan atas api sederhana hingga masak<br \/>\n7. Perasakan dengan garam, masak hingga kuah sedikit pekat.
