Tumis bahan tumbuk hingga wangi. Masukkan serbuk kari dan daun kari. Tumis hingga kari betul2 masak.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan daging dan ayam, gaul hingga daging layu. Masukkan santan dan air secukupnya. Biar hingga mendidih. (Kalau lebih suka lemak, boleh tambah santan).<br \/>\n3. Masukkan fish ball dan kerang. Biar mendidih dan daging empuk.<br \/>\n4. Akhir sekali masukkan udang, garam dan serbuk perasa. Masak sebentar sahaja utk mengekalkan manis udang.<br \/>\n5. Didihkan air dlm periuk berasingan. Sementara tu cuci mee 3 kali utk buang rasa kapur mee. Toskan. Masukkan dlm besen dan tuang air mendidih tadi. Gaul 2 minit je dan toskan.<br \/>\n6. Celur juga sayur sawi dan taugeh secara berasingan.<br \/>\n7. Hidangkan.<br \/>\n** Jangan masak sayur sekali dlm kuah kari. Nanti kuah cepat basi.
