Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih dan lada hitam. Bila naik bau masukkan daging. Kacau, kemudian masukkan udang pula.<br \/>\n2. Bila udang sudah kemerahan, masukkan kicap pekat, sos tiram, serbuk knorr dan garam secukup rasa.<br \/>\n3. Bila sudah sebati, masukkan mee kuning, diikuti tomato dan sawi. Gaul kacau secara merata.<br \/>\n4.
