Goreng cili padi dan bawang putih bersama sedikit minyak ..lepas tu meletup tau..cepat-cepat tutup dengan penutup periuk dan padam api.<br \/>\n2. Toskan dan kisar\/tumbuk dan perahkan jus limau)<\/p>\n<p>Cara Membuat Kuah Soto:<\/p>\n<p>1. Panaskan minyak di dalam periuk.<br \/>\n2. Tumis bawang besar tadi hingga kuning sedikit. Masukkan rempah tumis (kayu manis, cengkih &amp; pelaga) yang telah dititik.<br \/>\n3. Kemudian, masukkan rempah yang telah dikisar. Kacau hingga garing dan naik baunya.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan serbuk ketumbar, jintan halus, jintan kasar dan lada putih. Kacau hingga rata.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan ayam, air, kiub ayam, rempah sop punjot dan garam. Kacau sekali-sekala dan biarkan hingga mendidih. Kemudian, keluarkan ayam yang telah empuk dari periuk.<\/p>\n<p>Cara Menghidangkan Mee Soto:<\/p>\n<p>Ambil mee\/bee hoon lalu bubuhkan dalam mangkuk. Bubuhkan juga taugeh celur.<br \/>\nTuangkan kuah soto dan taruklah isi ayam yg telah disiat ke atas mee tadi.<br \/>\nTaburkan daun sup\/bawang dan bawang goreng.<br \/>\nBubuh sebiji bagedil dan sedikit sambal cili padi.<\/p>\n<p>BAGEDIL (PEGEDIL)<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahannya:<\/p>\n<p>1 kilo kentang (dikupas kulitnya,dipotong bulat)<br \/>\n250 gram daging cincang (goreng dgn sedikit garam hingga kering)<br \/>\n2 biji putih telur (utk mencelup bagedil, bubuh siket garam)<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan bawang goreng<br \/>\nsecukup daun sup\/daun bawang (dihiris)<br \/>\n2 sudu teh serbuk lada putih<br \/>\ngaram secukup rasa<br \/>\nsecukup minyak utk menggoreng bagedil<\/p>\n<p>Cara:<\/p>\n<p>1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Goreng kentang yang telah dipotong bulat dan angkat setelah kentang masak. Toskan. Kemudian tumbuk sehingga lumat.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan daging cincang, serbuk lada putih, daun sup\/bawang, bawang goreng, dan garam.<br \/>\n3. Gaul hingga rata dan sebati.<br \/>\n4.
