Air rebusan jgn buang&#8230;.<br \/>\nTumis lada boh hingga garing&#8230; Kisar bahan bertanda *&#8230; Tumis lak bahan kisar&#8230;. hingga betul garing n naik bau&#8230;.<br \/>\nMasukkan air rebusan udang.. biar kuah mendidih&#8230; Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili n petis&#8230; Renehkan kuah<br \/>\nMasukkan garam n gula&#8230; bergantung pada citarasa masing&#8230;. Adalah lebih baik kalau kuah ni direneh lebih lama&#8230;. Lagi lama lagi sedap&#8230;.<br \/>\nLetak keledek\/kentang yg tlh dilenyek utk memekatkan kuah&#8230; Tapi kuah ni dah cukup pekat sbb ada letak sos&#8230; so depend masing2lah eh&#8230;<br \/>\nCelur mee, taugeh n sawi&#8230;. Masukkan udang yg telah direbus tadi&#8230; tuang kuah n taburlah dgn daun bawang, bawang goreng, hirisan lada merah, potongan tauhu goreng dan telur rebus.
