Masak dengan bertutup,atas api yang kecil,hingga nasi masak &amp; cukup kering airnya. Buangkan daun pandan &amp; isikan nasi ke dalam pinggan.<\/p>\n<p>SAMBAL IKAN BILIS<\/p>\n<p>-125 gm ikan bilis 125 gm bawang merah (dikisar) 60 gm lada kering (direndam &amp; ditoskan) 6 biji buah keras 5 cm belacan (dibakar) 2 sudu minyak makan 1 batang serai (dititik) 1 cawan santan 1 sudu gula pasir Garam &amp; serbuk perasa<br \/>\n-Untuk membuat sambal: Giling semua bahan perencah.Pnaskan minyak &amp; tumiskan bahan giling hingga garing. Masukkan air asam jawa &amp; teruskan memasak hingga keluar minyaknya. Buangkan serai. Rasalah asam garamnya &amp; isikan ke dalam mangkuk<\/p>\n<p>AYAM GORENG BEREMPAH<\/p>\n<p>Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 orang )<br \/>\n7-8 ketul ayam (dibersihkan)<br \/>\n5 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk kasar)<br \/>\n1 inci halia (ditumbuk kasar)<br \/>\n3 batang serai (ditumbuk kasar)<br \/>\n1 sb ketumbar (disangai dan ditumbuk kasar)<br \/>\n1 sdt jintan manis (disangai dan ditumbuk kasar)<br \/>\n1 sb serbuk kari ayam (dyg guna Adabi)<br \/>\n1 biji telur<br \/>\n2 sb tepung jagung<br \/>\n1 tangkai daun kari<br \/>\ngaram secukupnya<\/p>\n<p>Cara-cara<br \/>\nPerapkan ayam dgn semua bahan di atas selama 1 jam atau selama mana yg boleh. Kemudian gorengkan dgn minyak yg banyak sehingga garing. Gunakan api perlahan shj.<br \/>\nHidangkan panas2.<\/p>\n<p>BAHAN TAMBAHAN<\/p>\n<p>-2 biji telur (direbus,dibuang kulitnya &amp; dihiris)<br \/>\n-1 biji sedang timun (dipotong nipis-nipis)<br \/>\n-90 gm kacang tanah (digoreng &amp; dikupas kulitnya)<br \/>\n&#8211; Ikan bilis goreng Kacang tanah digoreng.
