Bila pecah minyak, masukan air, biar hingga mendidih. Jangan terlalu cair atau pekat.<\/p>\n<p>CARA MASAK NASI :<br \/>\nMasukkan paste nasi, ketulan ayam, garam serta gula dlm periuk berisi beras, jerang hingga masak.<br \/>\n(satukan semua bahan-bahan ini dalam rice cooker dan masak seperti biasa. caranya seperti memasak nasi arab, ayam dimasukkan bersama-sama beras. Ayam lebih lembut dan sebati dgn nasi)<\/p>\n<p>UNTUK SAMBALNYA :<br \/>\nBAHAN-BAHANNYA :<br \/>\n20 biji cili padi<br \/>\n2 biji cili merah<br \/>\nSeulas bwg putih<br \/>\n1 1\/2 biji air asam limau nipis<br \/>\n2 camca besar air<\/p>\n<p>CARA-CARANYA :<br \/>\ntumbuk cili padi, cili merah dan bwg putih. Kemudian masukkan air asam limau, garam, gula serta air. Gaul sebati. (klu malas blend aje..)<\/p>\n<p>ACAR KOBIS :<br \/>\nBAHAN-BAHANNYA :<br \/>\nBwg besar sebelah-potong nipis, kobis sejurai- potong panjang, cili merah-potong serong, daun bawang-potong anggaran satu inci, gula, garam, cuka dan air<\/p>\n<p>CARA-CARANYA :<br \/>\nGaul bwg besar, kobis,cili merah dan daun bawang.<br \/>\nBancuh gula, garam, cuka dan air.<br \/>\nGaul bersama bahan diatas ( acar ni tidak dimasak cuma gaulkan aje&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>UNTUK ULAMAN:<br \/>\ntimun dan salad<\/p>\n<p>* Ayam boleh diganti dengan daging. Cukup untuk 4-6 orang makan.<\/p>\n<p>Siap!
