Masukkan daun pandan yang dicarik disimpul dan terus tumis sehingga wangi. Masukkan beras yang telah dibasuh dan ditos. Goreng beras sekejap sehingga rata. Masukkan air dan sedikit garam. Pindahkan ke dalam rice cooker. Bila nasi hampir kering, tuangkan susu cair dan terus memasak.<\/p>\n<p>Kurma Ayam Kurang Santan<\/p>\n<p>Bahan2:<br \/>\nAyam separuh ekor di potong2<br \/>\nBawang merah besar 3 biji<br \/>\nBawang putih 1 clove<br \/>\nRempah penumis &#8211; kayu manis, cengkih, pelaga &amp; bunga lawang<br \/>\nHalia 2 inci<br \/>\nRempah kurma separuh paket di bancuh dgn 4 sudu air<br \/>\nSantan 5 sudu<br \/>\nAir asam jawa 3 sudu utk hilangkan pahit rempah<br \/>\nCili Merah 4 biji<br \/>\nAir 3 cawan<br \/>\nUbi kentang 4 biji<br \/>\nGaram<br \/>\n4 sudu minyak masak<\/p>\n<p>Cara2:<br \/>\n1. Tumis semua rempah penumis dan halia sekejap, kemudian tumis bwg merah dan bawang putih yg telah di mesin.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan rempah kurma yg telah dibancuh dgn air. Tumis sebentar sehingga rempah agak garing. Kemudian masukkan ubi kentang yg telah di potong dan ayam. Gaulkan seketika dan kemudian masukkan air. Masak sehingga ubi kentang empuk dan kuah mendidih. Masukkan garam dan air asam jawa. Kemudian masukkan santan.<\/p>\n<p>Jelatah<\/p>\n<p>2 biji timun di buang kulit dan dihiris nipis2.<br \/>\n6 biji cili merah di buang biji dan di hiris nipis2<br \/>\n3 biji bawang merah besar di hiris nipis2.<br \/>\n3 sudu gula<br \/>\n3 sudu cuka masakan<\/p>\n<p>Cara2;<br \/>\n1.
