Panaskan minyak sapi di dalam periuk nasi di atas dapur&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>2. Tumis bawang putih +besar + halia&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>3. Masukkan rempah2 tadi&#8230; bunga cengkih+bunga lawang+ buah pelaga + kulit kayu manis<\/p>\n<p>4. Bila dah garing,masukkan gajus + kismis .. bubuh garam secukup rasa<\/p>\n<p>5. Masukkan oren sunquick.<\/p>\n<p>6. Kemudian masukkan susu + air. Kacau rata.<\/p>\n<p>7.Bila dah mendidih, masukkan beras&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>8. Angkat periuk nasi dan masak atas periuk elektrik seperti biasa&#8230; gaul2 tau beberapa min. sebab nak pastikan nasi masak sekata&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>9.
