Gaulkan ayam dgn serbuk kunyit &amp; garam. Goreng ayam sampai garing.<br \/>\n2. Tumis bahan2 bertanda * yg telah dikisar sampai naik bau.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan cili kisar dan masak sampai pecah minyak.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan bhn2 bertanda @ dan tuangkan sedikit air jika terlalu pekat (guna api sederhana)<br \/>\n5. Masukkan asam keping, gula dan garam. Kemudian masukkan ayam goreng. Kacau sebati.
