Gorengkan ayam (agak2 sampai masak, jangan terlalu garing). Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi yang ditumbuk, kacau sekejap. Masukkan sos tomato, sos cili, sos tiram dan kicap manis dan serbuk perasa. Biarkan mendidih sekejap dan masukkan pula sedikit air. Masukkan serai, daun limau purut, ayam yang digoreng tadi dan sayur-sayuran. Bila dah mendidih, masukkan bawang besar dan buah tomato. Biarkan seketika dan boleh tutup api.
