Untuk mengelakkan minyak meresap ke dalam roti sewaktu digoreng, roti sandwich hendaklah dilenyekkan dengan kayu pengelek.<br \/>\n2. Ikan sardine mackerel itu dibelah 2 dan dibuang lendir berwarna hitam serta tulang,dihancur kemudian gaul dengan bahan diatas kecuali roti,sandwic,telor dan bread crumb.<br \/>\n3. Kemudian, letakkan sardine ke atas roti dan digulung. Pastikan kedua-dua hujung roti tersebut dilenyek supaya inti tidak terkeluar.<br \/>\n4. Kemudian lumurkan dengan telor yang telah dipukul seterusnya salut dengan bread crumb. goreng dengan minyak yang banyak (deep fry).<br \/>\n5.
