Satukan bahan A &amp; kacau rata. Ketepikan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ayak bahan B dalam mangkuk, buat lubang ditengah-tengah. Masukkan bahan C &amp; adunan yis tadi (langkah 1). Gaul rata hingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Uli doh selama lebih kurang 10 minit.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ambil lebih kurang 20g doh, canai memanjang &amp; lilitkan kemas pada sosej. Lumurkan atasnya dengan bahan E. Lapikkan bawahnya dengan kertas minyak. Buat hingga habis &amp; biarkan doh kembang lebih kurang 20 &#8211; 30 minit.<\/p>\n<p>4. Panaskan periuk pengukus. Kukus selama 5 minit guna api sederhana. Bila sudah masak, keluarkan dari pengukus. Buang kertas minyak &amp; goreng hingga bertukar warna keemasan. Angkat &amp; toskan minyaknya.
