Kemudian sejukkan. Ayak tepung gandum. Masukkan minyak sapi ke dalam tepung dan gaul rata. Pukul telur dan masukkan ke dalam adunan tepung, ulilah hingga sebati. Kacang tanah digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk kasar campurkan dengan gula. Adunan tepung tadi digelek dan diterap ikut suka hati bentuknya.
