Alihkn pot ke tempat lain.<br \/>\nMasukkn tepung ke dlm pot tu, kacau2 hgg jadi adunan lembut (guna senduk kayu).<br \/>\nLetak balik atas api sederhana . Kacau2 dgn senduk, lagi smpai blh dibentuk spt satu bebola &amp; kelihatan ada lapisan nipis melekat pada pot.<br \/>\nTutup api, alihkn pot ke tmpt lain &amp; biarkan ia sejuk (dlm 5 minit).<br \/>\nPanaskan oven. 200C (fan forced kena kurangkan sikit ke 180 gitu).<br \/>\nDah sejuk, campurkan telur sedikit demi sedikit sambil kacau2&#8230;adunan akan jadi batter yg lembut&#8230;Selembut bila diangkat dgn senduk, adunan akn drop (leleh sikit).<br \/>\nMasukkn adunan ke dlm piping bag (nak guna nozzle atau tidak, terpulang. Saya guna star nozzle).<br \/>\nPaipkan atas oven tray yg dialas dgn baking sheet (nnt atasnya ada pointy sikit). Jarakkan setiap satu, dlm 3-4inci. Celup jari dlm air, tekankan pada pointy kt atas stiap choux buns.<br \/>\nBakar dalam 20min atau hgga choux buns dah keperangan. Sejukkan.<br \/>\n==========================<wbr \/>========<br \/>\nResipi utk creme filling tu sbnarnya ada yg paling simple iaitu guna tepung kastad je. Sukatannya anggaran 3\/4cwn fresh milk + 1sdb tpg kastad (mumbung) + 1sdb gula kaster. Masak atas api, sentiasa kacau. Tutup api bila dah pekat &amp; shiny sikit ye. Sejukkan seblm diisi dlm choux buns tu. Doublekn resipi sbb mgkn tak cukup jika nk jadikan filling sukatan choux buns tadi. Nak yg lebih creamy punya french creme filling, please refer kt bawah ye<a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dapurbaru.net\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.facebook.com\/<wbr \/>dapurbaru.net<\/a><br \/>\n==========================<wbr \/>========<br \/>\nFrench Creme filling<\/p>\n<p>Nota: resipi ni banyak so boleh buat separuh or simpan bakinya dalam peti ais (utk batch lain &#8211; dalam 2,3 hari tahan kot).<br \/>\nBhn:<br \/>\n3\/4 cwn gula halus<br \/>\n1\/2 cwn tepung tepung beras<br \/>\n3 sdb tepung jagung<br \/>\n3 cwn fresh milk<br \/>\n2 biji telur saiz A (suhu bilik), pukul dgn garpu.<br \/>\n1 sdb butter<br \/>\n2 sdt esen vanilla<br \/>\nCara:<br \/>\nDalam satu heavy-based pan, satukan gula dan tepung2. Guna whisk, gaul rata.<br \/>\nLetak pot atas api (sederhana), then tmbhkn susu dlm pot, whisk constantly hgga adunan jd pekat.<br \/>\nAmik keluar secawan then campurkn ke dalam telur yg dah dipukul tadi. Gaul rata.<br \/>\nTambahkn balik adunan telur ke dlm pan, kacau hgga sebati &amp; tutup api.<br \/>\nAlihkn ke tempat lain, campurkan butter &amp; esen vanila. Terus kacau smpai well combined.<br \/>\nSejukkan filling.
