Pukul mentega hingga lembut dan putih kemudian masukkan gula dan paste cappucino dan pukul sebati.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan putih telur, teruskan pukul sehingga sebati.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan bahan ayak sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Rehatkan 2 jam atau lebih (Che Nom rehatkan 1 jam sebab tak cukup masa).<br \/>\n4. Masukkan doh ke dalam acuan terap dan terap di atas dulang pembakar yand dilapik dengan kertas minyak (kak Wan gunakan nozzle 866 untuk picitkan doh).
