Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, tumis daun kari hingga harum, masukkan bahan kisar halus + rempah kari tadi. Masak dengan api sederhana sambil dikacau selalu hingga pecah minyak. Masukkan ayam dan gaul hingga rata, masak hingga ayam kecut. Tuang air secukupnya, kacau dan biar mendidih. Masukkan bunga kantan dan juga daun kesum tadi. Kemudiann masukkan kiub ayam (jika guna), air asam jawa, kentang lecek dan pati santan. Kacau rata, bila mendidih masukkan tauhu pok. Tambah garam secukup rasa dan sedikit gula. Masak hingga ayam lembut. Rasa dan jika ok boleh matikan api.<\/p>\n<p>Cara menghidang mee kari nyonya : Masukkan mi secukupnya dalam mangkuk yang sesuai, tuang kuah bersama isi2nya. Hias dengan sawi, taugeh, telur rebus, hirisan cili merah, hirisan daun sup \/ daun bawang, bawang goreng dan juga limau kasturi.
