Kisar lumat bahan bertanda *.<br \/>\n2. Dalam kuali panaskan minyak secukupnya, goreng ubi kentang biar masak atau sedikit garing kemudian angkat dan ketepikan.<br \/>\n3. Goreng pula tauhu hingga sedikit perang, angkat dan ketepikan, kemudian goreng kepak ayam.<br \/>\n4. Dengan kuali yang sama, tinggalkan minyak untuk menumis secukupnya dan tumis bahan kisar bersama cili kisar hingga wangi.<br \/>\n5. Masukkan bawang putih, lobak merah dan ayam, masak sambil dikacau sekali sekala.<br \/>\n6.
