Perap selama 30 minit atau 2 jam. (Ada juga yang perap sekejap)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Panaskan mentega hingga cair, tumis bawang putih, kemudian masukkan daging perapan. Kacau hingga sebati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Bila air dah kering, ia akan bersatu dengan rempah, kacau sebati. Agak-agak bila dah masak, perlahankan api seketika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Campurkan bahan-bahan sos tadi ke dalam daging dan kacau rata. Bila dah sebati, bolehlah angkat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, bagaimana? Rasa yang berbeza daripada daging goreng kunyit biasa.
