Masukkan sebahagian bawang putih yang dihiris, masak hingga layu dan angkat minyak.<\/li><li>Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap manis, kacau sebentar. Masukkan hirisan tomato dan udang, masak dengan api kecil, masukkan garam, lada dan kuah cendawan secukup rasa.<\/li><li>Masukkan air asam jawa, masak lagi sebentar.
