{"id":2439,"date":"2020-03-30T06:59:40","date_gmt":"2020-03-29T22:59:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/?p=2439"},"modified":"2020-03-30T07:00:20","modified_gmt":"2020-03-29T23:00:20","slug":"mee-champa-pedas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/mee-champa-pedas\/","title":{"rendered":"Mee Champa Pedas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"596\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hazurahashimbani.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959.jpg 900w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959-768x509.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959-100x65.jpg 100w, https:\/\/www.dragonladyhazura.com\/cooking-recipe\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/fb_img_15855225721083291101058281651959-640x424.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Assalamualaikum \u2026saya pasti ramai yang ternanti2 resepi sup champa ni kan?.mee champa pedas berasap ni boleh berpeluh satu badan..hari ini saya share resepi yang pasti meleleh air hidung.. selamat mencuba<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESEPI MEE CHAMPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BAHAN KUAH<br>1 1\/2 &#8211; 2 kg daging lembu beserta tulang untuk dbuat bone broth<br>3 liter air<br>4 biji bawang holand* potong 4<br>3 biji bawang besar * potong 4<br>2 inci lengkuas dipotong nipis* hiris nipis<br>seekor sotong kering sebesar tapak tangan* kalau takde tak kick la kuah sop ni..tp kalau takde boleh la abaikan<br>daun ketumbar seikat<br>daub bawang<br>2 batang kulit kayu manis*<br>4 biji bunga lawang*<br>1\/2 cawan sos ikan<br>gula<br>garam<br>perasa jika suka<br>serbuk lada sulah atau serbuk lada hitam<br>3 kiub stok perisa daging<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>caranya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Merebus tulang dan daging lembu ni memakan masa agak lama untuk mendapatkan bone broth . bone broth ni bagus untuk kesihatan kita ..<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>caranya didihkan air rebusan dulu masukkan daging dan tulang dalam 30minit hingga 1 jam kemudian buang air rebusan daging tadi beserta kotoran.. kemudian masukkan air dan tulang serta daging rebus kembali dalam selepas 30 minit mendidih lihat jika air rebusan ada buih2 atau keruh buang lagi airnya.. dan masukkan air yang baru (3 liter) dan masukkan tulang serta daging dan rebus lagi\u2026kali ini rebus sehingga daging empuk.. keluarkan daging dan rebus tulang sehingga 5@6 jam..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Sementara daging kita empuk .. anda boleh bakar dahulu bawang holand, bawang merah besar, lengkuas, dan sotong kering..kayu manis dan cengkih (Lihat gambar)<\/li><li>Dalam rebusan tulang tersebut masukkan bahan2 yang kita bakar tadi..masukkan, sos ikan, seikat daun ketumbar, serbuk lada hitam\/lada sulah dan kiub stok perisa daging, garam dan perisa serta daun bawang. rebuslah dengan api perlahan.. sebenarnya sup ni sangatlah sedap jika makan panas2..<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>time korang ceduk kuah tuang dalam mangkuk mee tu kan ..korang kene tapis guna penapis supaya bawang2 nsegala rempah tak masuk dlm mangkuk mee tu..so dpt kuah yang suci bersih je..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAMBAL LADA<br \/>4 biji lada merah (besar)*<br \/>20-30 biji cili api*<br \/>2 ulas bawang putih*<br \/>2 sudu besar cuka<br \/>sedikit garam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>caranya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>rebus sehingga layu bahan2 bertanda * diatas kemudian toskan dan kisar sehingga hancur beserta dengan cuka dan garam. siap<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>MINYAK BAWANG PUTIH<br \/>3 labu bawang putih dibersihkan dipotong halus<br \/>1 cawan minyak jagung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>panaskan minyak dan masukkan bawang putih goreng sehingga kekuningan dan tutup api \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AKSESORI LAIN<br \/>kuey teow, mihun,mee champa<br \/>daun ketumbar, daun sup, daun bawang<br \/>limau nipis<br \/>hirisan daging<br \/>minyak bawang putih<br \/>lobak asin yang dipotong halus<br \/>sambal lada<br \/>tauge<br \/>kicap<br \/>serbuk lada sulah\/lada hitam<br \/>gula (tambahan jika suka manis)<br \/>sos ikan jika perlu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">psst time nak makan tu kan korang boleh la taruk kicap, perah asam limau, taruk sambal lada, minyak bawang putih , serbuk lada hitam\/lada sulah, sos ikan jika suka dan gula jika yang suka manis.. bahan tambahan ni la penyedap mee sup korang tau!!
