Bau dahlah wangi, teringat-ingat dekat rasanya yang rangup dan rapuh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kalau ikut resepi ni, memang senang sangat. Semuanya pakai gaul macam tu je. Tak perlu mixer pun. Tapi hasilnya tentu puas hati. Rasa rangup, lembut, manisnya sedang-sedang dan ada juga pahit-pahit cip coklat yang lazat.<\/p>\n<p>Jom kita tengok cara membuatnya di bawah.<\/p>\n<p>RESEPI BISKUT CHOC CHIP ALA FAMOUS AMOS<\/p>\n<p>1. Bahan A: Kacau Rata<\/p>\n<p>Semua bahan ini hanya perlu dikacau sebati saja.<\/p>\n<p>250 gram marjerin (saya guna Farmcow)<br \/>\n1 1\/4 cawan brown sugar<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil esen vanila<br \/>\n1 biji telur<br \/>\nBila dah kacau, masukkan pula bahan B seperti bawah.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tambahkan Bahan B<\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 cawan tepung gandum<br \/>\n1\/2 cawan tepung jagung<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil baking powder<br \/>\n1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat<br \/>\n6 sudu besar minyak<br \/>\n*2 cawan cip coklat (masukkan akhir sekali)<br \/>\nGaulkan lagi dan kacau rata semua bahan di atas kecuali cip coklat. Bila dah sebati, baru tambahkan pula 2 cawan cip coklat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Sejukkan Adunan<\/p>\n<p>Bila dah menjadi adunan, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk sekejap dalam setengah jam.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sedia Dibakar<\/p>\n<p>Lepas setengah jam, bolehlah keluarkan adunan dan sedia untuk membakar. Adunannya memang lembik sikit ya.<\/p>\n<p>Masa susun atas loyang, jarakkan jauh sikit antara satu sama lain untuk bagi ruang pada biskut untuk mengembang.<\/p>\n<p>5. Masukkan Dalam Oven<\/p>\n<p>Bakar 20 minit suhu 150 darjah guna api atas bawah atau ikut kepanasan oven masing-masing.<\/p>\n<p>SIAP!<br \/>\nBila nampak biskut dah mengembang dan baunya dah harum semerbak, itu tandanya biskut dah hampir masak. Yang dalam gambar di bawah ni saya saja letak topping almond. Kalau kosong saja pun tak apa. Dah cukup sedap dah.<\/p>\n<p>Bila dah masak, beginilah hasilnya\u2026 Nampak sedap kan! Rasa terus nak baham. Sabar, biarkan sejuk sikit. Nanti bolehlah makan atau simpan dalam bekas kedap udara.<\/p>\n<p>Mudah rupanya nak buat biskut Famous Amos ni. Lain kali tak payah beli lagi. Dahlah jimat, dapat pula rasa air tangan sendiri.
