Kena plak dengan air asam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resepi pes ikan Bakar:<\/strong><br \/>\n2 inchi lengkuas<br \/>\n3 inci halia<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n5 btg serai<br \/>\n8 bj Bawang merah<br \/>\n1bj bawang holland<br \/>\n1sudu udang kering @ jika xde guna<br \/>\nbelacan<br \/>\n8 bj cili padi. &#8211; boleh tambah kalau nak lg pedas berapi<br \/>\n3 bj cili merah<br \/>\n3 helai limau purut<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>1. Blander semua bahan sampai lumat.<br \/>\n2. Tumis dgn minyak yg agak byk, kemudian masukkan cili boh 4-5 sudu.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan garam gula..serbuk perasa + asam keping .<br \/>\nTumis smpai pecah myk.siapp.!<br \/>\n**nak Bakar ikan, lumur jer atas ikan tu, buh dlm aluminium foil.
