Panaskan oven suhu 160C<br \/>\n2. Potong coklat bar dan butter kecil-kecil dan cairkan keduanya sekali dengan kaedah double-boiler sehingga cair sepenuhnya. Angkat dari api.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan gula, kacau sebati.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan esen vanilla<br \/>\n5. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. Setiap sebiji masuk, kacau dan kemudian masuk sebiji lagi. Buat sehingga habis. Kacau sekejap je pakai senduk.<br \/>\n6. Masukkan tepung dan garam. Kacau rata tapi jangan over mix.<br \/>\n7. Masukkan chocolate chips. Simpan sedikit untuk tabur diatas<br \/>\n8. Tuang dalam acuan yang digris dan kemudian diletak kertas alas (parchment paper). Kertas alas bagi lebih sikit keatas supaya senang nak tarik brownies dari acuan.<br \/>\n9. Tabur lebihan chocolate chips diatas. Boleh juga tambah walnut atau almond.<br \/>\n10. Bakar pada suhu 160C selama 35-40 minit atau sehingga cucuk cake tester keluar bersih. Jangan terlebih masak sebab nanti agak kering dan tak sedap. Kena moist sikit baru sedap<br \/>\n11.
