Rebus bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih yang dimesin, sup bunjut, kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, lada hitam. Bila ayam masak, masukkan cendawan dan lobak merah yang dihiris. Tambah garam serta serbuk perasa. Jemput-jemputkan adunan tepung tadi dan masukkan ke dalam sup.
