Setelah kekuningan masukkan ikan bilis atau udang atau apa apa yang disukai. Kemudian tuangkan air secukupnya untuk dijadikan kuah.<\/p>\n<p>Setelah mendidih, masukkan cendawan, garam dan serbuk lada putih. Taburkan cili merah dan daun bawang. Tutup api dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
