Rempah2 direndam dalam air panas menggelegak,biarkan hingga air tersebut suam &amp; toskan rempah2 tersebut. Air rendaman turut disimpan.<br \/>\n2. Bwg merah &amp; bwg putih dikisar halus. Halia ditumbuk sedikit jgn sampai lumat. Lobak dipotong bulat2 anggaran 1.5cm &amp; kentang dipotong 6<br \/>\n3. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang hingga naik bau. Kemudian masukkan halia &amp; rempah2 yang telah direndam. Tumis sebentar.<br \/>\n4. Masukkan ayam dan gaulkan supaya bercampur dengan rempah yg ditumis. Biarkan selama 10minit<br \/>\n5. Masukkan air rendaman rempah tadi beserta 1 mangkuk air lag. Jika mahukan kuah sup lebih boleh tambah lagi semangkuk air.<br \/>\n6. Biar sup menggelegak,masukkan kentang dan lobak. Bila ayam dah empuk masukkan stok ayam, garam, aji &amp; lada sulah. Adjust mengikut selera anda<br \/>\n7. Dah siap tutup api. Masukkan daun bawang,daun sup &amp; bawang goreng, tutup rapat periuk selama 20minit supaya baunya meresap ke dalam sup.
