Tumis cili kisar dan masukkan serai yang telah di titik. Kacau sampai garing dan masukkan<br \/>\nkicap sotong ,kemudian masukkan air dan ekor lembu. Masak hingga ekor lembu empuk kemudian masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa.<br \/>\n2.
