Jerangkan airnya.<br \/>\nLumurkan ikan dengan garam secukupnya dan letak di dalam bekas tahan panas.<br \/>\nKemudian taburkan bawang dan halia yang sudah dihiris tadi di atasnya. Kukus sehingga 1\/2 masak.<br \/>\nSetelah itu, masukkan sos ikan, sedikit air, cili padi dan jus limau nipis.
