Masukkan halia, bawang kecil, bawang putih dan kesemua rempah. Masukkan rempah kurma dan kacau seketika. Masukkan ayam dan kacau seketika sehingga rempah sebati dengan isi ayam. Biarkan air mendidih. Masukkan lobak merah dan biarkan merenih sehingga lobak empuk. Perasakan dengan lada hitam dan garam. Masukkan daun sup dan daun bawang.
