Bahan kisar: 5 cm halia,<br \/>\n1 cm kunyit hidup,<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang putih dan<br \/>\n4 ulas bawang merah<br \/>\n3. 3 sudu besar madu<br \/>\n4. 4 sudu besar Sos tiram<br \/>\n5. 4-5 sudu besar lada hitam kisar<br \/>\n6 1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk Jintan manis ,<br \/>\n7. 1\/2 sudu kecil jintan putih<br \/>\n8. 1\/2 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar,<br \/>\n9. Sedikit kicap cair penganti garam<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nCara menyediakannya :<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n1. Masukkan ke semua bahan perap ke dalam bekas.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan lamb shoulder ke dalam bahan perapan tadi dan gaul sebati<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Perap lamb shoulder selama 2-3 jam atau semalaman.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n4. Bakar lamb chop sampai masak. Boleh guna juali leper, kuali serba guna atau bakar atas arang.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nBahan-bahan sos:<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n1. Saki baki bahan perapan<br \/>\n2. 2 sudu teh sos tiram<br \/>\n3. 2 sudu teh sos tomato<br \/>\n4. 4 sudu besar lada hitam kisar<br \/>\n5. 2 sudu teh brown sugar<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nsemuanya di masak dalam periuk bersama ngan 300 ml air hingga agak mendidih.
