Ikatkan daging. Perapkan daging dengan olive oil, lada hitam, oregano, serbuk lada, garam selama 1 jam.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan oven 180c.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Didalam frying pan \/ kuali panggang, panggangkan ayam seketika sehingga luaran daging kekuningan. Buat side by side. Kemudian, Letakkan didalam oven selama 15 minit.<br \/>\n(Kalau ikot cara ni, daging pada keadaan medium rare. Aku kurang minat. So, after aku potong daging, aku masak dalam pan jap.)<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nSOS<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n1. Didalam saucepan, masukkan sedikit minyak. Kemudian, masukkan bawang holland dan putih. Masak sehingga keperangan. Kemudian, masukkan daun rosemary sehingga naik bau.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Masukkan jus daging, air pati ayam dan tomato cincang. Kemudian, masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung. Masak sehingga kuah agak pekat. Tapiskan.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nKENTANG CENDAWAN<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n1. Masukkan kentang didalam periuk dan biarkan sehingga kentang lembut.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n2. Sementara kentang lembut, Didalam kuali, masukkan sedikit minyak. Tumiskan bawang holland dan putih kemudian masukkan cendawan. Gaul sehingga masak.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\n3. Lenyekkan kentang dan letakkan serbuk pati ayam, tumisan cendawan, oregano, serbuk lada hitam dan salad dressing. Gaul guna spatula kayu sehingga sebati.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nSiap!
